Why are our prices dropping when they are rising everywhere?
- We settle our production, purchase and transport costs mainly in US dollars, the value of which has decreased in relation to EUR and PLN. Production costs and fixed costs increased, but the calculation shows that the depreciation of the dollar allows for a reduction in prices in EUR and PLN.
- Transport costs are slowly returning to pre-pandemic values, which gives us price optimism and allows us to reduce most of the prices of our products.
- Competitiveness is the foundation of our business DNA.
Examples
We are introducing a price reduction from February 1 for all products, even though we still have goods in stock for which we paid an expensive dollar, and their transport costs were high. We don't like to lose, however, responsible trading requires reliable pricing and sometimes some sacrifices. We have recognized that in the mixed calculation we will be able to maintain profitability enabling the existing quality of service. We hope that this reduction will give some relief to our customers and together we will start to reverse the inflationary trend.
