27-12-2024 Strima 2024 Christmas Meeting

At the end of the year, we met to sum up the year together and celebrate in the beautiful surroundings of the Figaro Restaurant. The evening began with a tasty dinner, enriched with Christmas decorations, which introduced a warm, magical atmosphere. With the glow of Christmas lights and the delicate sounds of the live piano, our team spent a special time, full of joy and fun together.

Our Traditions and Important Moments

The evening was opened by the company’s president, Paweł Broński, who welcomed everyone and started the ceremony. On this special day, we also honored the tradition of welcoming new members to the Strima family. The new employees got Strim’s silver badges and signed the band’s commemorative image, officially becoming part of our history.

A special moment was the farewell of Mrs. Elżbieta Dzierzgwa, our director of logistics and shopping. After 29 years of work and dedication, she decided to start a new chapter in her life. We thanked her for everything she did for our company.

The evening diversified the lottery with prizes – two gold coins. One of them was Klaudia Czeszak from the national sales department for her commitment to her involvement. The second coin was drawn and went to Michał Urbaniak from the service team. These surprises gave the evening joy and excitement.

We also announced the “Man of the Year” award, which this time went to the whole group of people working during the fair in Kępno.

Plans for 2025

We have a new year ahead of us, full of challenges and opportunities. We believe that 2025 will bring a lot of success, important achievements and great moments.
