Strima cooperates with the Center for Vocational Education and Continuing in Kielce.
Vocational Education and Training Centre in Kielce and STRIMA Swadzim working together for better education
The Vocational Education and Training Centre in Kielce has launched new educational courses, including fashion industry technician and stylist technician, which are in line with the mission and activities of the company STRIMA. The cooperation between CKZiU and STRIMA has resulted in equipping the school's sewing workshop with the latest equipment, which will contribute to the professional development of students, based on the possibility of practical use of their exceptional skills. In the newly established workshop, students will have access to sewing machines from the renowned brand ZOJE, as well as mannequins and ironing tables.
Broad cooperation
The cooperation between STRIMA and CKZiU is carried out on many levels. In addition to the provided equipment, there is also exchange of experience and co-creation of development projects for students. The best graduates will have the opportunity to do internships at STRIMA, and as part of activation and development of sewing talents, competitions with prizes are planned. The first is behind us.
"Skirts, frills, bows" - we know the winners
The FIRST SCHOOL CONTEST FOR CKZiU STUDENTS IN KIELCE aimed to support and promote talented students of the school, fashion enthusiasts who see their future in designing and creating their own unique clothing collections.
The contest for students of the courses: fashion industry technician and stylist technician, was held on 05.04.2023. The students presented their designed and sewn creations. The jury, consisting of representatives of the company STRIMA Mr. Piotr Andrzejewski and Mr. Paweł Packi, the owner of the sewing studio Alison and the Laboo brand Ms. Milena Ostrowska, the Director of ZSZ No. 1 in Kielce Ms. Monika Biskup and the Director of CKZiU in Kielce Ms. Ilona Calicka, evaluated the projects. After long deliberations, the competition jury selected three winning works:
1st place - Zuzanna Gawęcka,
2nd place - Angelika Motyczyńska,
3rd place - Zuzanna Olczyk.
Honorable mentions were given to Natalia Matyśkiewicz and Wiktoria Chlewicka.
The winners received prizes donated by STRIMA and the Alison Sewing Studio. In addition, each participant was honored with a commemorative diploma for participation and small gifts.
