12-12-2022 Strima Christmas Meeting 2022

Another exciting year is almost over! After a two-year break, we met at a common table. We invited employees, retirees and friends of Strima for a traditional Christmas dinner. Traditionally, CEO Paweł Bronski, presented gold and silver badges and announced the man of the year.

Finally! After two years of online Christmas meetings, we managed to meet live. This time in the cozy interiors of the Cucina 88 restaurant. Elegant dinner with a Christmas accent, nice atmosphere, festive decor and the sound of the piano in the background, on which Mr. Sławek Sikora played for us not for the first time.

We started the evening with signatures on a characteristic painting in a golden frame. It bears the signatures of each of the current and past employees, as well as many friends of Strima - it's a piece of history. This year the painting gained more autographs signed by new members of our Strima family. In addition, according to the ceremony, the new employees were awarded the Silver Strima badge.

Employees who are particularly involved in building and developing the company are awarded the Golden Strima badge, which is a proof of the highest recognition. This small group was joined by:

The highlight, of course, was the selection of Man of the Year. At the annual Christmas Eve meeting, an employee is selected and rewarded for their contribution, dedication and hard work, which they have distinguished throughout the passing year. The Man of the Year 2022 was Ela Dzierzgwa, who holds the position of Purchasing and Logistics Manager. Sincere congratulations!

We wish everyone that 2023 will be a year of positive breakthroughs and return to normality.
