27-03-2020 Strima supports Polish dressmakers in sewing protective masks

We enjoy sewing and giving a hand, that is why we organized support for Polish dressmakers who are sewing protective masks for hospitals. Dressmakers collect money for needful materials to make masks. We announced that we will send sewing machines for free to people who donate for this action.

Polish Dressmakers sew protective masks for health care is a grassroots initiative of sewing masks by volunteers for the most deprived persons: hospitals, hospices, places where the elderly are staying, foundations dealing with leaving people from homelessness, etc.

The rules of the action were simple. We promised that we will send Texi Joy 25 home sewing machines for free to ten people who will donate to the charity collection.

Ultimately, we were able to raise 1,407 PLN. The project met with such a positive response from people that we finally decided to increase the number of machines and send fifteen of them.

Thank you very much to all those who took part in the charity donation for Polish dressmakers.
