Specialization is the key

At the beginning of April our 5-person team consisting of technicians, CAD / CAM specialists and sales returned from training in Taiwan in Taipei. It was a training aimed at the issue of "automatic cutting room", focusing mainly on gaining knowledge related to automatic cutters. The training took place on the production line of TAKATORI cutters at the factory of one of our largest suppliers - OSHIMA.

Specialization is the key

It was an intensive two weeks of study under the supervision of experienced engineers and designers who comprehensively trained our team among others from: CAD / CAM system, optimization of production, construction, settings and adjustment, replacement and assembly of key components. .

What's interesting is the possibility of working with a cutter coupled with one - a standard solution, as well as multiple lagering machines simultaneously. Often lagging material lasts longer than the cutting process - so working with 2 or 3 devices significantly increases production capabilities.

In addition to training, there were moments of free time, and in such a place it is worth using every moment to see something interesting. Our team in a pleasant over 20-degree temperature visited the city, reached the beautiful mouth of the Danshui River (from China side), as well as the coast of the Pacific Ocean. What bolder tasted the exotic cuisine of this region, one of the most interesting meals was a soup made of a snake with a drink of blood, venom and kidney fluid, but not everyone drank salivate on this dish.
