30-06-2014 A thrilling badminton weekend in Strima has come to an end

On 27-29 June 2014 at the headquarters of STRIMA company the second edition of the tournament in badminton Strima Open has been held. The competition was attended by employees and their relatives
Real sports emotion overtook Strima on Friday afternoon and by all means, they weren’t associated in any way with the ongoing World Cup. 18 competitors, including 10 men and 8 women began their badminton competition. 5 form 10 man advance to Sunday playoffs: Paweł Broński, Karol Ciborowski, Przemek Zgoła i Michał Żakowski. On Saturday forenoon Jola Pogorzelska, Marysia Przybył, Asia Waligórska and Jola Zgoła fight their tooth and nails for the victory. After an emotional competition, scoreboard presented as follows: I place: Joanna Waligórska II place: Jola Zgoła III place: Maria Przybył Sunday was a doubles mixed Badminton day and a time for a grand finale in both men and women category. 6 couples fought to claim their place on the podium, which eventually presented in the following: I place: Monika i Karol Ciborowscy II place: Jola Zgoła i Paweł Broński III place: Ania Biernacka i Wojtek Żakowski The most emotional part was the grand finale in men category. Michał Żakowski and Przemek Zgołą competed for a 3. place, and after great fight it was Przemek who took it. But it was Karol Ciborowski who was the big winner of the whole competition, followed by Strima CEO Paweł Broński.
