25-10-2012 Strima Adria at 13th Student Arena in Ljubljana

Faculty of Natural Sciences - Department of Textile Technology, in cooperation with Strima Adria presented at the biggest educational youth fair in Slovenia, called Student Arena. Event was held from 23th til 25th of October 2012.

Student Arena is organized every year in fall, at the beginning of the new academic year and offers numerous activities divided into the following thematic blocks: education, employment opportunities, international cooperation, etc.

Department of Textile Technology was presented to Eco Island, where they held a temporary counseling, sewing and repair of used clothes. The visitors have strong support of the fashion advisors how easy can the clothes be transformed, refreshed or changed.

Rearrange clothing was in POP-UP sewing room, as students of the Department of Textiles showcase their knowledge and skills on the latest models of Texi and Janome sewing machines.
Texi Ballerina, Janome FM725, Texi Silence, Texi Quattro 24, Texi Duo and Battistella T220P have shown that they are equal to any task, whether it is so demanding.
