14-09-2012 Strima at Poznan Fashion Fair 2012

On 11-13th September 2012 in Poznan, the next edition of Fashion Fair took place. This is the most important business event for the fashion industry in Poland. In four pavilions connected with cat walk, 478 companies and brands from 16 countries presented their offers. At the FAST FASHION exhibition Strima presented a wide offer of technical equipment for clothing producers.

Poznan Fashion Fair serve as a link between producers and distributors, and merchants and shopkeepers. It is the only event of its kind in Poland. Its international character attracts the largest companies and traders looking for new contacts and inspiration. During the three days of fair, exhibitors booths were visited by nearly 5000 representatives of clothing and leather industries. They could see the offer for next season in the Exhibition of Clothing, Lingerie and Accessories NEXT SEASON, Exhibition of Shoes, Leather and Leather Goods BTS and complemented the current collection at FAST FASHION Exhibition.

At Strima booth, the visitors could see and test, the most popular devices used by clothing producers, among others:
- cutting knives Dayang and Su-Lee
- continuous fusing machine Oshima
- industrial sewing machines: lockstitch, overlock and interlock machines Strima and Texi
- ironing table and steam generators Battistella and Texi

The exhibition was complemented with computer-aided design system AUDACES, embroidery machine Janome MB-4, needle felting machine Janome FM725, steamers Texi and adjustable dress forms.

Throughout the duration of the fair Strima consultants were at visitors disposal. Each guest could bring samples of sewn materials and test the machinery.
