31-01-2012 Increase of initial capital

On January 31st 2012, in the Notary Office of Olaf Peretiatkowicz the Special Shareholders' Meeting of Strima Sp. z o.o., where the initial capital have been increased, took place.

A resolution to increase capital to 1,347,360.00 PLN was signed before a notary Olaf Peretiatkowicz. Its signatories were the shareholders of the company: Pawel Bronski - Strima’s Chairman and Roland Stripp - Vice President.
