07-06-2006 Roadmarder ST2-600A - new plastic staple attacher
In our offer you can find now the new plastic staple attacher Roadmarder ST2-600A, automatically feeding fasteners from continuous reel. It replaces fastening and labeling by means of thread bar tacks. An operator can use 2 needles (fixing of labels- especially useful in jeans trousers production) or only one needle (pairing of soft items with maximum thickness 9,5 mm - socks, gloves etc.)
The plastic staples provide exact and strong attachment but also allow their easy removal - much easier and safer for a material than in case of use of thread bar tacks.
In this machine you can use two kinds of needle: ST2-600A NEEDLE FINE
(recommended for medium and heavy fabrics) or ST2-600A NEEDLE SUPER FINE (recommended for light and medium fabrics).
