Thick, cross seams on leather is the reason of missed stitches. Pfaff 1525 is durable sewing machine designed for leather production. Working with this machine means nearly no missed stitches. Anyway, for the most demanding customers Pfaff company equiped 1525 machine with FSE system - special sensor detecting foulty stitches - machine stops automatically after 1-3 stitches (depending on sewing speed) after detecting a missed stitch, giving the operator possibility to intervene.
