On 19. June a new notarial deed of the Strimatex Company was signed. We have increased our basic capital and changed the name to "Strima".

The Company has got two shareholders now: Roland Reinhard Stripp and Pawel Bronski (chairman). The new notarial deed was registered by the Local Court in Poznan on the 22th November 2001. Our current name and address:
